Complete rebuild from the existing foundation. Originally designed as a renovation, but with the extensive amount of modifications, it made more sense to take it down to the foundation and come back up. The home blends in perfectly with all the original Brookhaven homes and sets beautifully on the lot with the majority of the original landscape still intact. Ryan did a great job of keeping the scale of the home original to its surroundings and you feel as though you're walking into an original 1930's home.
